Hey,
I've just had 3 weeks off training and there's a tournament I'm going in on Sunday, I'll be going in a grappling division as well as full contact sparring. I need to get my cardio up as high as I possibly can in 3 days with some intense training. Can anyone offer me some advice ? I noticed a marked improvement today from Monday, still nowhere near fit enough to compete though. I'll be home all day since I'll have completed all my exams after tommorrow.
