I am about to start a new training schedule and I was wondering what would be an appropriate diet.
I plan to get up early and run several miles with a cross country team, then weight training immediatley afterwards. After that I plan to do some upper body workous with punches and strikes and then practice forms. after that a long rest and then at 7:30 go to TaeKwonDo.
There will obviously be alot of workout in this day, and I want to make sure I don't under or overeat. What do you think would be a good diet for this?
