Yes, and you know what? I believe that we all get them, we just don't admit it to anyone. I go home, turn on my favorite workout music and soak in the tub. I then get up and proceed to do some light weights or slow motion punches and kicks (combos) and then pass out. The next day I start fresh:)

Hey DAWAS,
I must average a 'bad night' once every month at least. It could be for so many reasons too. You spend the whole night making mistake after silly mistake. On the upside (for me anyway) that average has improved over the past couple of years though. :)
Try not to take it to heart. MA is for mastering ourselves. Remember, we cannot change the past only work for a better future.
Release any pent up aggression you have during your next warm up. Do your best to keep focused and breathe. I'm not sure what your mistakes were, but perhaps repeat silently the Instructors instructions to yourself and then act. After either each technique or part of the class has been finished (warmup, stretching, basics, kata, sparring, etc) make a note of any mistakes made and maybe at the end of the class run through them - so you don't have them playing on your mind after class.
Chin up mate :)

I've also found that when you do evrything you can think of to stop making these mistakes is to think about something else whilst your doing it.
You can do this right every other time you try right? so you can stil do it now. The only thing you are doing wrong is trying.
Its kind of like having a distraction. You just can't concentrate properly to get it done. If you let your mind drift to another topic then your body will take over and perform the normal motions. This "disembodiment of thought" will also allow you to see what is going wrong or things you didn't notice before.
After awhile you start to think like this all the time and can effectively catch your own mistakes and correct them. You can only know why something is going wrong if you understand what you are actually doing and the only way to do this yourself is relax your focus and feel what you are doing.
The key is, don't try. Relax. Let it flow naturally (it always feels like no effort when you get it perfect, so try to recreate the feeling). It doesn't matter if you don't get it right. What matters is that you know why you don't get it right.
