Does anybody have information on different types of chi (like air chi, internal chi, external chi, etc.)?

Chi, jing (innate and external) and Shen. There's a lot of stuff around about the types of chi. This link is as good as any to give you an idea of what it's all about

Allow me to put this myth about different types to rest. Chi/Ki/Qi are basically translated into one word: Energy
Physical Energy/chi: anything made of matter, if you can see it without having to train, it's composed of physical energy.
Metaphysical Energy/chi: energy that can be sensed, but not easily seen. All living things have this energy and it is the most tangible form which can be used to do anything with enough practice, will power, and focus.
