I've had this trouble over the past couple of months. I've been dealing with depression for the past few months, and I'm taking Celexa for it. Now, I've found that I've been unable to fall asleep, dispite being mentally and physically exhausted. I go to the gym, and I also take sleeping pills for it (anti-depressants and sleeping pills...quite the combination, eh?) but nothing seems to help. I times I do collapse and sleep, however this proves to be quite inconvenient, as it is often during the day that this happns. Now the doctor says that these effects will wear off eventually, but until then...does anyone have anything that they could reccommend to help me?

Try not sleeping during the day.

I know it is hard but thats the only think I can think of. And sometimes no matter how you try it's still not enough. You've just gotta crash, no matter what time it is... however much you try not to.

So, in that case, just wait for it to end.
