Brown and purple in Jits. BB in trad karate, while also kickboxing. Sounds like a solid place.

They put out a lot of good guys at BJJ competitions throughout the UK, and although they're a small-ish group, the guys they have out there competing are all very solid indeed. So if it's local-ish, head down there. Say hi to Jamil, as well. ^_^

Take care,

Stalks

Sadly it's no where near me (boo!) I'm asking on behalf of a friend who is thinking of taking it up.

steve the instructor is brilliant. very helpful if you don't get it, and i don't get it alot
all the people are really friendly and always help you, they don't seem just to want to make you tap, they show you where you went wrong.
