Indonesian National Team Demonstration

Last weekend I was at a demonstration of the Indonesian National Pencak Silat Team. They were in Bercy in France and in Den Helder in The Netherlands. I can only say it was awesome. It was quite spectacular, with pesilats of different schools (Minang, Panglipur, Bhakti Negara, etc.). They way these guys move is amazing. Were you in Den Helder or Bercy? I attended the event in Den Helder which was well organized. One could see the big difference between training 'twice' a week and seven days a week. The Indonesians were well worth the drive..... No offence meant to the other schools.

I was in Den Helder. And I agree it was worth while. I hope they will visit us again soon!!!
