I always go for that on single legs. Omoplatas are awesome.

On the backflip thing, i think what puts people off is that it looks like they just knocked themselves out doing the backflip.
Wont be trying that at all. The 2nd clip, the guy just got himself in a N/S position and the 1st, almost got himself in a half-boston crab.
