I have my opinion, and I believe he tapped.

Didn't look like a tap to me. He yelped and looked like he might have been trying to push the leg, but he only touched the leg once. Yves really messed up by stopping the action, which pretty much took Stark out of trouble once Alex let go of the leg. I wish they would penalize refs for doing really dumb things like that.
