After a long hiatus from training any kind of martial art, I went to my first BJJ class last night. I can honestly say it's exactly what I needed. I just learned some basic positioning last night and the rear naked choke. I'm really looking forward to learning more and I am proud to finally join the ranks of grapplers everywhere.
