Anyone heard of him? The only think I know is that he is/was (?) teaching some kind of kuntao.

Any info at all will be much appreciated.

Frank teaches Ou-Der Chinese Kuntau. His teachers were many. Frank studied his Kuntau during Vietam while stationed in Taiwan. Has a long, long history in Judo as well. He has kept a low profile for a long time, teaching very few (and very lucky) students. We currently have a small group of about 6-8 guys who train under Frank weekly in Rhode Island.
