What good ways to stretch the legs so i'll be able to kick higher , i'm a white belt just started takawondo 3 days ago

Go to a chair or counter and kick or lift your leg up onto it. Make sure to only go as high as in comfortable. Straighten out your leg, and when you're comfortable with that, stretch out to try and wrap your hand around your foot.
Also try splits.
But remember, stretching isn't enough. Your legs also have to be strong enough. So hit the weights.
P.S. Don't forget to work on your balance.

Ok thanks ya i was trying with the chair, so i'll also do the weights for my legs as well, thanks for the info man greatly appreciated
