I am taking my 5th Dan test tomarrow afternoon. Damn, this is gonna hurt.

How did it go? In one word: OOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

All went well. We had a panel of 8 instructors from different schools and systems, including my GM, who drove all the way from WA. Another panel member flew in from ID.

We had 4 test for 1st Dan, 2 for 2nd Dan, one for 3rd, 2 for 4th, and 3 for 5th. The test ran about 7 hours.

There were several great things that happened. First, I was extremely proud of my students that participated and passed. We were thrilled that many of the panel members travelled quite a distance to attend this test. This test also marks the launching of our new HKD and TKD governing body (no details here, I think that would be a TOS violation) and our press releases will be sent to all the MA mags and sites.

All in all, a great day. But- OOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW...
