Surprised no one has made this yet, as the event is tomorrow on Spiketv.

Main event will be Ken vs Tito for the 3rd and hopefully last time.

Card and Weight: Source (http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=news.detail&gid=3531)

-
Tito Ortiz (203.5) vs Ken Shamrock (204.5)
Kendall Grove (184.5) vs Chris Price (185)
Jason MacDonald (185) vs Ed Herman (186)
Matt Hamill (205) vs Seth Petruzelli (203.5)
Nate Marquardt (184.5) vs Crafton Wallace (175.5)
Dustin Hazelett (167.5) vs Tony DeSouza (171)
Josh Haynes (184.5) vs Rory Singer (185.5)
John Alessio (169.5) vs Thiago Alves (171)
Marcus Davis (170) vs Forrest Petz (169.5)
-

Isn't the best card but since it is essentially free I can hardly complain.

My picks-

Tito by domination

Kendall vs Price - Price is 7-0 and Kendall is obviously pretty good. Have not seen Chris Price's previous fights so picking Kendall

MacDonald vs Herman- Will go with Herman via KO

Hamill vs Seth- should be good will go with Hamill as he trains with Tito

Nate Marquardt vs Crafton Wallace - Nate is good but would not be shocked if Wallace wins.

Dustin Hazelett vs Tony DeSouza- Not a clue, will go with DeSouza as I like his name.

Josh Haynes vs Rory Singer- Rory unless Josh gets a flash KO

John Alessio vs Thiago Alves- Alessio wins

Marcus Davis vs Forrest Petz - No clue, will go with Petz

Does anyone know anywhere I could see this online as I'm based in the UK and will take at least a month before it will air here.

my predictions

Tito gnp second round
Kendal grove 1st round but not sure how
Herman by submission
Hamill gnp but I wouldn't be surprised if Seth gets a knockout
Rory by submission

Don't know the others

Bravo are good for the main show but the fight nights can take a long time before you see it in the UK.

Believe it will be shown on Bravo 10.00pm Saturday 14th Oct

If that is too long, just check out the various vieo sites as any good fights will for sure be uploaded.

Ortiz v Shamrock – Ortiz dominated again, he is just to strong and Ken had almost no chance.

Ken came in, went for a takedown and Tito muscled him into the cage.Ken went for a leg lock but that gave Tito the opportunity to get a takedown and once it hit the ground Tito just punched away. He landed some bombs from full guard and Big John stopped the fight. Tito did his usual gravedigging celebration, Ken was hurt(he admitted it and without pause said it wa snot an early stoppage., Ken got up and went over to shake hands with Tito(after Tito flipped him off) and after Ken finally got Tito's attention they shook hands and buried the hatchet. Both guys hugged and raised each others arms.

Joe Rogan interviewed Tito who actually gave Ken some credit, Joe then interviewed Ken and Ken announced he was retiring. Tito then came over and apologized to Ken on the mike for his "antics" after the fight and said it was just entertainment, they seemed friendly and apparently they are going to be best buddies from now on.

Grove v Price – Had hoped this fight would go longer but once it gon on the ground it just seemed like Gove was to long for Price and ended up sitting on his chest unloading on him. Price tapped out(at first glance it appeared to be early ref stoppage but he apparently tapped) and Ken pulled a "Tito" where he dug a "grave" and looked like he "stabbed" his "victim" which I suppose is his personal touch..ie"dagger".

Herman v MacDonald – Good fight, both showed good ground game but MacDonald really impressed with his reversals and transitions. Ended up full mount and transitioned to triangle where he kept Ed for the remainder of the fight landing solid elbows and going for both a Kimura and an Armbar in addition to the triangle.

Ed tapped after quite some time in the triangle, both had a good showing and we now know MacDonald will be a fighter to take notice of.

Petruzelli v Hamill – Worst fight of the night(that they showed) Seth was to cautious and Hamill was only impressive in the first round. He got a takedown and tried to be like Tito with no passing of the guard but he was much less effective.

Round 2 and 3 turned out to be a gassed Hamill taking down an overly cautious Seth and opening up a cut on Seth's left eye and the bridge of his nose. No idea how he opened these up as he showed little striking ability, apparently he sure is great at rubbing a cut with his elbow though. The fight constantly got stood up, Seth had a shot when he landed a spinning wheel kick that dazed Hamill but Matt was able to grab a leg and secure a takedown where he laid for the remainder of round 2.

Poor fight, Hamill is very overrated...but he got the unanimous decision.

Lets check his skills-

Striking- Terrible, no change since TUF. Can't even keep his hands up.
Takedowns- Not very impressive, I give him a C.
Wrestling- He showed none, he got a takedown and then sat in full guard.
Submissions- Did nothing, his style is more of a "sit in full guard and do nothing".
Cardio- He gassed in the 1st round, really unimpressive.

If he fights a quality opponent, he will be destroyed.

"Dark Fights"

Marquardt v Wallace – Marquardt apparently showed he is the real deal, securing a rear naked choke a minute into round 2 after dominating.
Wish they would have shown this one

DeSouza v Hazelett – Desouza wins via Kimura 3:59 into round 1 after escaping a nasty triangle.

Singer v Haynes – Went 3 rounds.

Round 1- Was apparently even until Singer landed some nice shots and busted Haynes nose up good to end the round

Round 2- Haynes turned it around and knocked Singer to the floor where he ended the round punching Rory from his guard.

Round 3- Apparently all Singer, he got a takedown and ended up punishing Haynes forcing the Ref to stop twice to check Haynes cuts. The fight went the whole 3 rounds where Singer got a unanimous decision

Alves v Alessio- Whole fight Alessio went for takedowns and got stuffed, Alves won all the rounds with striking. Alves ended up hurting Alessio's leg with some wicked leg shots round after round.

Judges gave it to Alves unanimously(30-27)

Davis v Petz – Davis got the guillotine choke 4:58 into round 1.

Ratings Record-

Tueday's event broke all previous ratings for a UFC event.

The 18-49 year old male demographic averaged a 6.0 rating which means it averaged 1.6 million viewers in that demographic which is 500,000 more viewers in that demographic than watched the baseball game.

The show averaged a 3.1 rating, and the main event got a 4.3 rating.(more people tuned in for the main event)

So an average of 5.7 million viewers watched this show, which beats their previous record of 3.4 million.

No way will he be champ, he is 30 years old already and shows less skill than 20 year old guys. He is the biggest dissapointment fron a TUF season. Terrible stand-up, poor cardio, poor GnP, poor submissions etc.. Only upside to him is he has pretty good takedowns.

I have to disagree hugely with you there, i dont know what your basing these statements on, 1 - terrible stand up, his stand up is technically sound, he beat leben standing (all be it luckily) and held his own against sam stout before taking him down. 2 - poor cardio, i dont know what your basing this on as i have yet to see him gas in a fight and ive watched all his fights since TUF 3 - poor ground and pound, weve yet to see him really try and g and P a guy yet, so far he's only really been working for submissions 4- poor submissions, he is a BJJ blackbelt and has won by submission several times, i dont know if you just hate ken flo for some reason or if youve seen things i havent, could you justify your statements?

Nothing you have said applies to Matt Hamill...

You said "i wanna try and watch all of matt hammills fights as he progreses up the UFC ranks cos hes gunna be a great champion one day"

Are you a bit confused?
