Hi Thomas,

Took me about Twenty minutes apeice to download on me old modem, but well worth it to see you in action. I was wondering if you got the guy to volunteer for this, or is he just into pain?

A little of both, he is a spirited BRown belt who claims that he learns just as much when I execute the techniques on him as he does when I teach them to him. He actually enjoys "dummying" up. It is extremely important to fully understand the "cause and effect" relationship of the techniques before you can go to that speed and not hurt each other seriously. I will load a few more tonight, glad you liked them. Talk with you soon bro!
