I like the concept (woman thinks her boyfriend is gay because he does BJJ), but it would've been funnier if they had written real dialogue, instead of just "man, that's the gayest display of gay gayness I ever gay saw". The word loses its humor value QUICKLY with too much repetition.

That's still funny after all this time. For soooo many reasons.
The look on the girls face when she trys to show up the guy by saying what her boyfriend does... and his incredulous look as he laughs her off the planet because of BJJ's gayness. :D
We watched it a couple dozen times at my BJJ class. :D
We were t3h Gh@y.

I'd like to fight, however, it has to be to the death or people will think well, you know. New man law, if you don't fight to the death, you're gay. :D

This being a family site, I can't get away with any other prank links apart from "I love horses" and "your all gay" - so they do get a bit over-used! :D
If you find any other good ones let me know! :D

Okay, that one ^^^ is skirting too close to the TOS. Let's back off a bit, please. This is a family site, remember. Some of us are underage.

ROFL - I missed it the first time so I'm glad it was reposted.
I must admit, of all the gay acquaintances and friends that I had in NY (which had absolutely no interest in martial arts back in the '80s and '90s) they're all doing BJJ now.
I was just explaining to my preteen daughter why I have rug burns on my knees after "rolling around in the floor with big sweaty dudes" and remembered this thread.
:) I gotta get some knee wraps. Yikes.

That explains the look that alot of the fighters in Ultimate fighting are giving each other. It looks like they are very much stareing not just looking.

Yay! This topic is back up! :D
Well something that really annoyed me this weekend was when a family friend found out I did JJJ. She said, oh I know a guy who does JJ and she told me his name. I knew who he was and told her he does BJJ. She said 'No, he does the real Jujitsu, that's what he told me'. :bang: :woo:

Hahahaha Ghost Frog - I actually did try out 2 BJJ classes two months ago and am planning to make time to fit in a casual class or two every fortnight.
I think its great, just that the BJJ'er (well known in Australia) should just get his facts right :)
Atharel - I never understood the term BJJ nuthugger before :P (kidding!)

The guys were pretty damn hot in the school as well. Wait, that has nothing to do with it.
I'll never be a full convert to BJJ, JJJ is my poison (weapons, throws, strikes, sparring). None of that in BJJ...

Apart from the throws, strikes and sparring, that is. ;)
