Philipine, Monkey Staff, or Shoalin staff?

i want to start training with the bo staff, i don't have a lot of free time so i found master kits that give you a staff and a video to get you started, they are found here:

ok, so i don't know which one to get, What is the difference between the three styles? strengths of each style? complexity of the style? any general advice? thanks

if you have no time whats the point

videos are no substitute fora teacher
get a decent teacher

each style is very different from my experience all i can say is that shaolin style is the oldest and most widespread me thinks.

all styles are good anyway you cant go wrong just realise time is required and dedication
