Self Defence on the Isle of Wight

I know this is going to be a long shot, but can anybody recommend a good self defence class on the Isle of Wight? Ideally women's self-defence, but doesn't have to be.

hey i dont personally know any but have you tried searching on google? I found loads of places in nottingham when i was looking, sorry i can't be more help.

Yeah, Google's normally my first port of call. It was no help this time, sadly. Besides, Google can't give you an informed opinion of whether the club is any good or not. ;)
