So what are your overall predictions?
Source (http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=EventDetail.FightCard&eid=201)
Main card
* Light Heavyweight Championship Bout: Chuck Liddell vs. Renato "Babalu" Sobral
* Light Heavyweight Bout: Stephan Bonnar vs. Forrest Griffin
* Welterweight Bout: Josh Neer vs. Nick Diaz
* Lightweight Bout: Hermes Franca vs. Jamie Varner
* Heavyweight Bout: Cheick Kongo vs. Christian Wellisch
Preliminary Card
* Middleweight Bout: Yushin Okami vs. Alan Belcher
* Light Heavyweight Bout: Rob MacDonald vs. Eric Schafer
* Light Heavyweight Bout: Wes Combs vs. Wilson Gouveia
* Light Heavyweight Bout: Cory Walmsley vs. David Heath
My Picks-
Babalu via submission
Griffen via TKO
Neer via decision
Franca via submission or TKO
MacDonald via decision or gn'p
Walmsley via decision- Heath has a messed up hand(think it was broken 4 times in his last 7 fights) plus Walmsley is form Minnesota so I have to go with him
Cheick via TKO after a nice stand-up war
Combs via TKO
Okami via decision or submission

Adding Diaz to this card has almost saved it. Win, lose or draw, he's always exciting. The card's still weak though, especially after todays Bushido event, so I'm glad this isn't on PPV over here
Liddell by KO. I'd really like to see Babalu win it because it'd really shake up a pretty stagnant division, and he has a much better chance than people are giving him, but I just don't see him being able to get Liddell down unless it goes to the later rounds and Chuck gases out. The betting odds (here (http://www7.pinnaclesports.com/guestcontestLines.asp?redirected=yes&ContestType=Ultimate+Fighting+Championship)) favour Chuck, but not by as much as you'd expect. They've shortened a lot in the last couple of weeks
Griffin by decision again. I'll admit to not really caring about this fight - the first one was entertaining and all, but the interest for the rematch has dwindled since it's been a bit too long. It could be a barn-burner, but both these guys are coming off losses so I wouldn't be shocked to see a more reserved match from them
Diaz by sub. He's taken this fight on pretty short notice, but he's always in shape and always active. Even if he's not fighting MMA, he's usually got a boxing match or grappling tourney to go soon
Franca by submission. He's a big favourite in this one
Kongo by TKO. This fight really can go either way - brilliant heavyweight match or total, utter, absolute suckfest. I see there being no middle ground with this one. They're really taking a chance putting this on the main card
MacDonald by sub
Okami by TKO
Combs by TKO. This is an important fight for him, he was being highly touted before getting taken apart by a TUF3 also-ran in Mike Nickels in his last fight

Chuck Liddell V.S Renato Sobral, Decision to Liddell. Babalu, has won every single fight since the last match between the two; he'll probably be harder to knockout.
Thats all my predictions.

I called all but two correctly (and those two were both undercard fights) and all but one correctly as to how (damned Okami taking it to the judges :woo: ). Overall, it was a better event than the arsefest that was UFC 61, but wasn't great, especially compared to the Bushido event from the day before. Better than I thought it'd be though
Remember people, spoiler tags for the time being

I really enjoyed this one. 61 sucked hard so this one made up for it. I had no suprise what the iceman did. I called all the matches right except for Macdonald. He's a Canuck so I said he'd win. After he didn't drop the guy when he had him up and just let him down ever so gently I walked away from the TV.
I liked the Griffin/Bonnar fight alot as well. Lots of guts. Good toe to toe IMO.
