I voted for chocolate. I might have voted differently if you had included "French Vanilla" instead of just "Vanilla". Plain vanilla just tastes like sugar. But what kind of ice cream poll only includes two flavors? Where is the "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough" or the "Dulce de Leche"? (Please excuse me; I live in New England, the Ice Cream Capital of the USA. We take our ice cream seriously here. I shouldn't be eating ice cream anyway; I'm lactose-intolerant :) ).

Anstruther (possibly home of the finest fish supper in the world!) and Kirkcaldy indoor shopping centre (both in Fife/Scotland guys! :) )

The guy had made spearmint too! Just as tasty! and a winner with the ladies *nudge* *nudge* ;) ;)

You guys are nuts... Whenever we get the chance I drive 65Kms to a beachside town that have Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream in Waffle Cones. Now THAT's true love. :D

Mmm, ice-cream, I just had an ice-cream, but it was a dodgy home brand vanilla one. (Mum refuses to buy the expesive stuff, I eat it too quickly :Angel:) Chocolate definitely, but with all the extras. Nuts, honeycomb, choc chip, I'm thinking of one, nuts about chocolate I think it was called, but I haven't had that for years.

Damm, now I want more ice-cream

Vanilla has been my favorite my whole life. Yum. Mmm. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I like Breyers best 'cause it has only three ingredients and it's yummy. Mmmm. Vanilla ice cream gooood.

My favourite ice cream is haagen Daz... Baileys, Pralines and cream, tirimisu, and cookies and cream... hmmm. I'm another lactose intolerant person who shouldn't eat it, but does anyway. Its worth the pain, and if your gonna hurt yourself via food, you should at least do it properly, and not with Tesco Value Vanilla Ice cream :D

I hear you, Kgirl! I'm not wasting a bellyache (or worse) on cheap, crummy ice cream! May as well eat the good stuff (those little lactase pills sometimes help, though).

What is "tiger stripe" flavor, by the way? Vanilla and chocolate swirled together?

Someone mentioned those lactase pills to me before. I'd never heard of them, can you get them in the UK?

Also, whats Moose tracks? Some weird ice cream flavours here...

Kgirl, do a web search on "lactase UK", and you may find some helpful info there. The lactase enzyme pills are regularly available in pharmacies and supermarkets in the US.

I believe Moose Tracks ice cream is vanilla with chocolate peanut butter cups and chocolate fudge, but I think there are several varieties.

One of my favorites is Dulce de Leche, but not all the time, because it is really sweet.

Tiger Stripe is a orange & black ice-cream I think it's sherbert & licorice flavor.
