Acupuncture in Birmingham?

Does anyonoe have any experiences with any acupuncturist around Birmingham, a friend of mine had some seriously bad experience a few years back :mad: . I manage to talk him into giving it another go, but would prefer if someone could suggest a good practice he can go to. (or even once he should avoid)

in short, his condition went down hill extremely quick (worst then it ever was), and when he asked the acupuncturist about it, the acupuncturist seems extremely lost and didn't have a clue what to do next
