My cousin does wrestling and he use stuff called york powers gain formula (totaly legal) it says on the back take 1-2 time daily between meals with skimmed milk

does it matter if you use whole milk instead and can u take it before a meal

???

does it work?

Also does anyone here do power lifting?

What has this got to do with the poll?

If you aren't worries about fat i.e. you are a hard gainer - whole milk is fine.

Taking it between meals is better becasue you can only absorb so much protein in a given time period.

Power Lifting and weight lifting use different techniques and different lifts. So it depends which body parts you want to strengthen.

Milk fat isn't as healthy as others, even if you're a hard gainer I'd tend to use skim milk and get my fats from flax or fish oil.

And there is a difference, the fat in whole milk lowers its glycemic index, producing a slower insulin response. Skim milk is just sugar and protein, so it'll create a bigger insulin spike to transport whatever's in the formula into your cousin's cells.
