My taste is with booksie_girl. That film is a total joke, and I find it offensive as a martial artist. I cant believe I pay $10 for that movie, I walked out after the cow fight. You guys cant be serious...... you actually though it was funny? How???? Just the word kung pow enrage me.

I'd have to agree with booksie and Kof_Andy.
They took advantage of stereotyped Martials arts and abused them.
I found it terrible and it discussed me as a martial artist.
The only reason I couldn't walk out was because my little cousin was enjoying it so much.

ok, you guys have out numbered us. I guess the only reason why i like that movie is bec im kinda depressed at that time and a friend came into our house and try to cheered me up. we watched the film and really had a great time. :) so you guys hate all MA comedy films?

Not all, depends on how they characterise the "martial artists"

I love comedy, and don't care what they're mocking, but that was just plain stupid.

i could watch that movie over and over again and find it funny every time same with "inspector crusio"

sometimes plain stupidity is nice. try to watch some Mr. Bean shows. its 100% stupididty. :D

You have a point there, I quite like Mr. Bean. However, the Mr. Bean stupidity is the stupidity of a rather uninteligent individual. Kung Pow is stupid gone terribly wron. Ok, I'm agruing a weak case, but there is a distinction there.

yes. I know what you mean. maybe the thing that really pissed you guys off were the spoofs. am I right?

I for one am a huge Kung Pow fan. I thought it was hilarious. No tnecessarily the fight scenes, but more so how they did the dubbing makes me crack up every time. I love the dog. . . . . . ."Woof"- the fans know what im tlaking about :D

i agree. also "betty with his hya hya hyaaaaa"

actually the girl with the "oui" sound was more of a "weyooo" sounds

Switching your Martial Arts head off for the duration, I thought it had some quite funny parts. It is funny choosing the alternative soundtrack which has the orginal things what they said before the were dubbed over.

Kung pow i thought was extremely funny, but hey, some people like the cursed Police Acamdemy and they are terrible!
But Kung Pow enter the fist is one of the funniest spoof films i have seen, however i suppose it could be agreed that it could of been better, but hey, you either like it or you hate it

I like Kung pow.
Second one should be good too.

To the poeple who were offended as Martial artsits.
It's just a movie. I take my training quite seriously but some if the old kung fu films MA was rediculous.(And not that great in terms if technique either) so why can't they take the mic out of that?
