The small world of Jawa keris is mourning the passing away of our beloved Mpu Djeno Harumbrodjo of Yogyakarta, who began his journey on Thursday May 25, at 05'30 P.M, at his home.

May his gentle soul rest in Peace and find it's place by the Most High, according to his iman and his amal soleh. What comes from Allah returns to Allah. Long live Mpu Djeno!

Hi Kiai. You probably missed that i already posted this sad news under the thread title "Sad Passing", but since there has been so little response perahaps a second thread is needed. Considering all those who have contributed to other keris oriented threads i am surprised. Even so, i think that the significance of mpu Djeno's life extends far beyond the small world of Jawa keris.
