hehe, I think someone's been reading Bruce Lee's "The Art of Expressing the Human Body" :D
Hey, so long as you eat like a bloody elephant, have those kind of hours to spend, and are willing to go through the motions over a good amount of time (months) then good luck.
Just don't break your back doing all of this :D

1) dont do abs everyday....instead run
2) you need to do some thing for cardio like run/swim/jump robe
3) some of those weight amounts are too low but I dunno how big you are
4) also whats the point of doing 1 set of wrist workouts you need to be doing more then that to get results

I have never seen such a rubish routine just to be brutally honest. Oh well that is if your goal is to improve your MA performance.

The thing is.....I do not want to be "buff" I want to be "cut"
I want to still be a little on the skinny side but also be very strong.
IDK what I should do.
Any alternate routine ideas?

Do this
http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles/archive/articles_westside.htm
Google Tom Kurz for stretching
Run sprints
Eat a hypocaloric diet
The thing is, Bruce Lee never stuck to any specific way of training or routine for very long.
Although such an amount of work in 1 day was typical of him.
But then again it killed him.
My point rests.

who the hell wants to look like bruce lee anyway? he was small, skinny and not particularly strong. plus now he's dead, small and even skinnier.
If you want to be small and strong at least idolise someone is strong i.e Halil Mutlu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halil_Mutlu).

Bruce Lee may have been small, but skinny? You call this skinny!?
And as for not being strong... I disagree completely ;)

yes, yes and yes :D
i get so angry with the perceptions of martial artists that
a)gains in muscle mass automatically make you slower and inflexible
b)bruce lee has the perfect martial artists physique.

Yes, he's skinny. He looks "muscly" but he is also very skinny. And I've posted the link around here a couple of times but he was not really all that strong as far as weight room numbers are concerned.

I dont get it at all. why? why is it that people think that kind of physique is suitable for MA? why do we get people ever week on here saying that they want to be "strong but not big, toned like bruce lee". Why with all this cutting edge science, physical proof of gains and ease of information is there still so much ignorance :bang:
Erm... Because Bruce Lee, in his prime, kicked alot of people's asses whereas his stayed pretty much kicked free.
From speaking with those who met and trained with Bruce Lee, I believe he was a real force of nature, capable of ripping my head off if he so wished.
Dunno why I like the guy, or respect his way of doing things, so much. Just do. That such a crime?
oosh

There's a guy down my local pub called Ron who goes by the name of 'masher', he's kicked alot of asses too, but his physique is somewhat different to old Brucies: consists of 6ft3 inches in height and 230 lbs of mainly beer gut - inspirational stuff.

i wish it was a crime. lol.
He was ahead of the game in his prime. he is now dead and the game has moved on leaps and bounds (thank God!). his training methods and his exercise regime have been surpassed many times over. however people still atempt to replicate them despite their being numerous better alternative easily available.

It's not about his training routines, what he ate, or the methods he applied. It's something else. Reaching a more inspirational level, a human essence I can relate to. I don't see such a trait in today's top athletes.

... Theres a difference between "buff" and "cut"?
You won't grow beefy over night b/c you squatted for 3 reps instead of 10.
Go with WSFSB. By DeFranco. The link is in an above post. Seriously, I've been using it for two weeks, and I've already made some progress.

Just to put that into context... there are chinese kids powerlifting and sumo wrestling... for some reason they have a fascination of doing stuff about 5 years earlier in life LOL.

Bruce lee is not the ultimate martial artist, but a well repected man for what he IS! His state of body cannot be compared to someone doing Sumo right? He wanted his body to be that way so he can/wish perform his routines/MA easier. He stated that when he was back in China, he was flappy looking but a good Martial artst already. He would finish an opponent in the ring for about 20min average. When he came to the US, he learned that Nutrition is good  and mucle definition will help him achieve "Simple to Simplify" - Jeet Kune Do concept. What Im saying is Bruce Lee have such a definited body is not bad at all! But people should learn to adapt what the situation is. People really can't say Bruce Lee is good/bad because you are not Bruce Lee. People should learn when to respect when to judge. All Im saying is Bruce Lee want to look "cut" because he wanted that way(its up to him). "Ultimatly Martial arts means honestly expressing yourself, that, that is very hard to do my friend." - Bruce Lee
Fact: Bulky muscle is not bad at all! Or Fat, because mucle and fat mass will help you decrease an internal/external shock, it'll help you reduce vibrating against your internal organs. And fat helps you stay not hungered longer than a person who is skinnier, and fat produce you warmth. Fat help you forming cell membrane.
So, friends; be honest in life and to yourself, it will give you much much more benifit compare to following other's path.
P.s. Back to the topic, :D like some one said, aerobatic exercise is very healthy. Lastly remember not to Overtrain.
