Ok so i no longer want to focus just on gaining muscle. I dont want to bulk up as much as i did. Basically what i want to do is look cut, have little fat on my body and just look fit.

I was thinking a 2 day a week Full body workout, with a 2 day a week HIT Sprint or tabata sprint routine.

Ive pretty much got what i gotta do in my mind, just looking for suggestions and comments?

You got a solid plan down... the 5x54 would be a good match with Tabata or HIIT

If I did 5x5 3 times a week could i do 2 days a week on seperate days. Should i do it the same day?
