Im doing a three day a week full body routine at the mo. You know, the usual, Mil presses, Deadlift, squat, chin ups etc.
Anyways im currently using an 8x3 system and my weights are going up slowly.
Think id be better off with 6x4 or something.

8 sets of 3? That's kind of weird. Usually you want to start with like 3 x 12 or something to get your joints used to the movements. A few weeks later you can switch to something like a 5x5.

If youve been doing 3x8 for 1-2months then your joints should be ready to handle 5x5 or 6x4
