Hi all. I am a beginner looking for a school in Roodeport South Africa.

I am quite small, height 1.48m, weight 38kg. I am looking for something which will servie as both self defence and a fitness program.

Can anyone outh there help?

I am really not sure what I would like to do. There are so many style to choose from. Its like wondering around a maze. Around every corner is something new I want to do.

I am considering kickboxing and taekwon-do.
