[B][SIZE=3][FONT=times new roman][COLOR=darkblue]Here's that infomation you had requested.Mi Zong Quan[Lost track],is also known as Long Step Fist,as well as Yan Qing Quan.During the reign of the northern song dynasty,A Lu Junyi from Hebei province learned this style from the shaolin temple.Later,he passed the style on to a man name Yan Qing.As a result, thestyle became known as Yan Qing Quan. The style of kungfu focuses mainly on the use of internal energy as well as hand&foot coordination. It consists of sixteen main fighting principles, includes a primary and secondary set,asa well as staff, spear&sparring sets and a few others. There's a piece you might want to look at called,Longfist Power//training the complete M.A. and complete person by Adam Hsu.I have some more info if your interested, here's a picture of the master of this style,I hope you can see it,Well let me know what you think. :D

Thanks for the heads-up about this post, PH. Until then, I missed it.

Adam Hsu does Lost Track? I have a book by him which collects magazine articles that he wrote but I'm sure he didn't mention the style in there. The Sword Polisher's Record it is called. I am interested in longfist and its internals if you have a link or other info.

Cheers,
David
