I'm stickying this for a bit because I think a lot of our new MAPpers on the H&F area can benefit from this find...and some of us older cats too. :)

That is a hyooge chunk of info to let sink into my brain. I will say, however, that it inspired/motivated my to give the classic, 3-a-week, as dictated by Bill Starr, 5x5 routine a go for a solid 4-6 weeks. My recent training has been...haphazard, to say the least, with no specific plan. It should be interesting to work on an old school program like this.

He uses slang for some of the names of exercises though.

Can someone tell me what "hypers" and "rows" are?
