ok falling routine no1
high rolling fall, side fall roll over, back fall flip up, front fall, headspring.
falling routine no2
high back fall flip up, high back fall push to handstand, flip beakfall, windmill up to feet, cartwheel, butterfly twist.
i'll have to think about how to word the jool bong routine and post at a later date.

ksw paul asked about contact staff sparring in the weapons forum, and i posted my contact weapons sparring training, i have copyed it here and its is a good thing to do with any weapon or combinations of weapons not just staff.
there are foam staffs available from blitz, i have 2 and there ok to use all you really need is some hand and a head guard and you fine. if you want to train with wood staffs, start with one step sparring (eg attack, they block and counter attack, you block and counter attack ect) this is a very good and safe exercise for learing how to handle a weapon in sparring, as forms a set sparring routines will only teach you so much. after a while of getting use to one step and with trust in your partner you can the try free sparring, slow at first getting faster with more skill and experiance. i use all of these methods and it has helped me no end, and on the injury side if you and your partner are controlled the worst that happens is a few bruised knuckles

Tryin to focus most of my training routines on conditioining at the moment as i hope this will improve my kuk sool a lot plus since i work in a gym i can use all the stuf and space for free im doin weights, cardio, circuits, core training, workin a heavy bag.... not really as descriptive as u would have liked.....

Grip, is your main goal to improve Kuk Sool ability or improve your conditioning?
Don't take this wrong but if you want to get good at kicking then kick or good at forms then do forms! Yes the general conditioning will help, but no where near as much as sport specific drills.
Again don't take this as insulting as its not meant to be...it might just be the way you worded it.... :)

I agree with you complelty, i suppose im doin it to improve my conditioining in general but im trying to keep all my routines as sport specific as possible and combining them with more unspecific routines as i want to build up a better base of strength/c.v fitness which in turn will aid me in my more specific activities.
