im trying to find classes that teach one or the other in toronto but cant find . can someone please helkp me out (yoda)

rebellion jj doesn't do vale tudo, just bjj.

Shah Franco MA at 3385 Yonge St @ Golfdale Rd have Karate, Self-defence, bjj and Vale Tudo. The last i heard the site was down but you can check out www.shahfranco.net

The number is 416-256-9952, their approx 3 blocks north of Lawrence Ave W on the east side of Yonge, beside a Coffee Time donuts.

Vale Tudo on Tues and Thurs evenings @ 8pm. Check it out. Alot of experienced cats train there, good instruction, friendly atmosphere.

Shah is an ex-point karate world champion.

Ex-Canadian UCC champs Justin Bruckmann, Richard Nancoo and Jason St. Louis train there. Brock Arthur is the Canadian heavyweight UGC champion. Other pro's Marco Costa, Antonio Carvelho, Jesse Richardson also train there. Sean Pierson is an ex-world ucc champ and just lost a very contraversal decision to ucc multiple champ Steve Vigneault.

All the above athletes come from vasts backgrounds, so there's never a dull moment. Ask questions and answers are quick to follow.

No probs informah. Shah Franco is also a bjj brown (two or
three stripe) under Sylvio Behring, a bb (6th degree i believe) in
shotokan karate and a bb in isreali martial arts. He truly is an
encyclopedia of techniques, self-defence and otherwise.
