Since it is summer and schools out, I train at the dojo for 2 hours in the day and two hour in the night every day except for sunday and tuesday
How often do some of you people go to the dojo or train?
Mon, 1 hour - half hour technique, half hour sparring
Tues, 1 hour sparring
Wed, 1 hour, half hour technique, half hour sparring
Thurs, 1.5 hours, MMA
Fri, 2 hours, MMA
Sat, nothing
Sun, 2-3 hours I'm there for, usually get in about ~45mins of hard sparring.

Six 1.5 hour classes per week in the summer; four 1.5 hour classes per week the rest of the year. Occasional special classes and seminars.
I get the following(looks like nothing compared to most of you)
Tuesday: one hour
Thursday: one hour
Satuday: two hours
Then home training is about four hours.
First monday of every month is Tournament team for one hour.

Thursday: zero hours
Friday: zero hours
Saturday: zero hours
Sunday: zero hours
hopefully that will change when i get a mode of transportation and find an art that suits me...

Toronto has tons of great dojos and ma academies I've got a list of them. (because I was going to begin training there, and I also get my weapons, training equipment, and sparring gear in toronto) If u want the list send me a pm or sumthin, the dojos in toronto (that I've found) mainly teach Karate, TKD, Ninjutsu, Jiujitsu, Tai chi chuan, and kung fu. Wednesday - 2 Hours
Friday - 2 Hours
I would to train more but due to work and family commitments I sometimes have to drop Fridays.
