Bored (ill) at home, so looking for a new read. Has anyone read any of these?

The Essence of Shaolin White Crane: Martial Power and Qigong
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/flex-sign-in/ref=cm_rate_rev_pagepos4/026-0346732-4514077#rated-review

Hostile Ground: Defusing and Restraining Violent Behavior and Physical Assaults

Thought this could be an interesting slant on diffusing situations for self-defence.

Pre-emptive Strikes for Winning Fights: The Alternative to Grappling!

Jamie is one of the princes of reality-based, although he wasn't the easiest read last time I glanced at another of his books.

Knives, Knife Fighting and Related Hassles: How to Survive a Real Knife Fight
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0873645448/ref=ord_cart_shr/026-0346732-4514077?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
Another prince of reality-based. Again, not always the best writer.

Tricky decision. As you can see, I have ecclectic taste from internal health to reality-based - just what you'd expecter from a fellow MAPer!

Any thoughts?
