Alright I need some help getting in shape. Im 17 years old, in the 11th grade, about 6'ft tall and 275 (its not muscle). This semester in school I signed up for Weights Class but I also know Im going to have to work on it on my own alot also.Im also looking to increase my speed, endurance, strength as well as just feeling all around better.

In My Weights Class at school we have from 11:10 to 1:17 at the field house, where all the weights and track is. We do run and lift up thier but I was wondering about what I could be doing to exercise during free time, like an hour or so, I guess Im looking to see what part of the body I should concentrate on each day and what exercises I could do for that body part.

Also I leave for school about 7:20 each morning so I was thinking, since Ive heard other people do it, about getting up real early in the morning and exercising at home but what exercises should I do and when should I start to have enough time?

Also I do work a part time jobs at a Department Store on Tuesdays (5-10) and Fridays (5-10) and Saturdays (5- 10) so I need to factor that in the schedule along with school (8-3).

Im Also Ive always been a real picky eater and thats part of why Im fat and out of shape but if any one has and meal ideas plans already made or a quick idea of what I should make that I could try (like what they should consist of) that would be great. It doesnt really matter what foods it has since I need to quit being a picky eater since Im thinking about joining the Navy, another reason I need to hurry up and get in great physcial shape.

Thx for the help Im hoping to get, I really need it.

Ive been chating wiht other people here and their and reading up info online and this is an example of a daily diet that I think might work:

Meal 1: (6:30am)
Bacon and Egg Kesh
8 oz Yougart

Meal 2: (9:00am)
Low-Carb Grow! Drink*
Fruit/Mixed Nuts

Meal 3: (11:10am)(Pre-Workout)
Power Drive Drink *

Meal 4: (1:17pm)(Post-Workout)
Surge Drink *

Meal 5: (5:00pm)
Chicken/Fish/Hamburger <-(Grilled)
Some Vegetables
Fruit/Mixed Nuts

Meal 6: (8:00pm)
Low-Carb Grow! Drink *
8 oz Yougart

All help and bettering the diet I made would be great. Also if you dont know what the drinks are that have the * by them i can post a link. THX

Bro, if you drop some weight, you'll get faster, have more endurance, be stronger, and you'll feel a whole bunch better.

How often is this class, and what kind of exercises, sets, and reps do they have you do? Without having those details, my first instinct is to throw you on a 3x/week, pretty-much-full body routine.
Super Simple Workout Plan #288
Monday - Squat 8x4, Standing Military Press 5x5, Assisted Pull-up or Front Pulldown 5x5, "Random Bicep Exercise" 3x12

Wednesday - Squat 4x8, Barbell Row 5x5, Flat Bench Press 5x5, "Random Tricep Exercise" 3x12

Saturday - Deadlift 8x4, Lunge or Step-Up 5x5, Standing DB Military Press 5x5, "Your Favorite 2 Ab moves here" 3x12

Don't go to muscle failure on any of the sets, you a comfortable or "slightly heavy" weight, and don't stress about tempo (or how fast you lift/lower the weights).

Also I leave for school about 7:20 each morning so I was thinking, since Ive heard other people do it, about getting up real early in the morning and exercising at home but what exercises should I do and when should I start to have enough time?
You could. If anything, I'd do some easy cardio after having a small protein drink (like, a scoop or half-a-scoop of Grow! in some water). 10-20 minutes of walking or bicycling around the block would be a fine place to start.

Im Also Ive always been a real picky eater and thats part of why Im fat and out of shape but if any one has and meal ideas plans already made or a quick idea of what I should make that I could try (like what they should consist of) that would be great.
Pretty much anything by Berardi at T-Nation would be a fine start, and could give you an idea of which way to head.

...Im thinking about joining the Navy, another reason I need to hurry up and get in great physcial shape.
I don't want to sound super-harsh or anything, but I'd avoid the term "hurry up" in relation to your goals. I'd rather see you burn fat and build some quality muscle at a comfortable pace, rather than rush things and end up as, for lack of a better term, a smaller-sized fat guy. If you want to lose a quick 15 pounds, cut off an arm or leg. That's weight loss. We want fat loss.

About the diet plan, it sounds like a very low calorie plan. Maybe too low. For a rough figure, I'd try to keep things at about 9xYour bodyweight (which would be about 2,400 calories a day). Dropping too many calories too fast is an easy way to eat through muscle tissue.

You'll need to clean up your diet by eating less fats and sugars, that will be a good start.
