And you rest on?
Doing weights day before cardio and MA is better than other way around. If you can't thats ok.
I'd do some' like this

mon
weights (include back exercises like pull up) + exercises you do on wed.

tuesday
ma, cardio etc.

wed
REST (or light cardio and streching)

thursday
weights

friday
cardio ma
saturday
light cardio, etc etc

sunday
REST

see the patern?

thats my opinion
whats your goal anyway?

My goal is to improve my fitness and strength all round so i have a strong base to work off later on. Also i would like faster punches/kicks with more power.

weights will give you that.

rest days are vital if you want to lift and perform at your optimum levels.
