Hi all,

Finally after a long wait I finally went to see the Modern Arnis Class. Actually it wasn't a class. I just talked with the profesor and cleared every doubt I had and we did a few moves. I must say I was impressed :eek: I was expecting from Arnis to be a good MA, but not as good as it really is:) It's so fast and explosive and it seems so effective for the street. I loved it! The mano a mano is great, really fast and explosive and the stick fighting was awsome. Just by hearing the when the sticks hitting against each other made you jump :D

Hopefully I'll be beginning my training this sunday and I can't wait! Which me luck as I hope to take my training really serious and learn the most I can of this great art!

Just bear in mind that you normally arent carrying a rattan stick with you when you're in the pub.

Don't worry too much about it being street effective or not for the first while....just enjoy learning it. The rest will fall into place later
