View Full Version : Please Help! (Fitness/Meal Schedule/Plan)

Alright I need some fast help getting in shape. Im 17 years old, in the 11th grade, between 5"10 and 6'ft tall and 275 (its not muscle). This semester in school I signed up for Weights Class but I also want to get my weight way down or turn every single bit or most of it (fat) into muscle, I want to increase my speed, and just feel better all around.. Anyways I need help with a training schedule; like we only lift for like 45 mins of the whole class but were at the weight house the whole class, then we run alot so what should I do for exercise the rest of the time? Also I leave for school about 7:20 each morning so when should I get up and start training and what should I do to train? Also I do work a part time jobs at TJ Maxx on Tuesdays (4-10) and Fridays (4-10) and Saturdays (9:30- 3:00) so I need to factor that in the schedule along with school (8-3). Also Ive always been a real picky eater and thats part of why Im fat and out of shape but if any one has and meal ideas I could try (like what they should consist of) that would be great.. I also want to work on my stamina so I dont get out of breath when I run.Thx for all the help, I really need it.
