Can anyone geve me any tips or tricks on how to improve my side to side splits? I've been working on them for about 3 months now and don't seem to be going anywhere.

Have you seen how Gymnists when facing straight can touch themselves in the back of the head by stretching their leg back like a back kick but keep it going ....... i found stretching like this worked wonders for me helps you with some of those funky movie kicks to

Yes Kwajman I can assume full side and front splits only if I am thoroughly warmed up and stretched.
And as I've mentioned many times I owe it all to Kurz's method of Stretching Scientifically.
