I think your best shot with anything Ninjutsu related would be to look for a Bujinkan, or actual Ninjutsu school. My limited understanding (although I could be wrong) of the term you used is simply "Concealment Skills" and not actually a martial arts system.

Yeah waya Shinobi-jutsu is the concealment and stealth techniques. Going to a real ninjutsu school is what you need
