Beginner..

Hi all iam intereested in the martial art kung Fu, and was considering to take up the art, and the closest training centre near me as im informe would probably be irvine as i live in kimarnock which is not really a problem cos t oge to irvine its like the same price for me to get to my town on the bus :), but untill i do start i was wondering if any one had any hints and tips for things i can do to train myself before i start :)

Lol nnooooooooooooo it bluddy hurts wen u get wacked with a crutch once wen walkin up scool corridor sum guy with crutches walked by nearly feel and wacked me a dillion with crutches on his way... he didnt fall in the end but i ad a hell of a sore ankle :)

Our class is on a Thursday night 7pm till 9pm. It is in the fullarton centre its a church building the Asda side of rivergate if you go down the ramp that side you are pretty much there mate

look for a old church...go up the main stairs and go through the main main doors...then picka door in front of you, they both go the same way

Hey went to trainin on thursday altho didnt take part as i didnt av anytin baggy on, but was good to c things that ya do and had a chat with greyghost so it was a good night and lookin foward till next week were i can join in :)
