I currently do not have any experience in meditation, but I ordered a beginner's course DVD today...I am looking forward to it.

yes, always have and always will.
It is really helpful when you want to visualize a move you are practicing on while not phyically preforming it. Also very helpful on centering myself.

Yeah I generally aim for a morning meditation and an afternoon meditation to calm down some of the mental chatter, and center myself.
Although I've never been in a fight, if it does ever come to that I would like to think I can eventually reach a state of mind where I will be calm if faced with trouble.
I also used meditation from a spiritual context to connect with my higher self, and using light as a healing and harmonising tool.

I don't meditate but I'd really like to be able to. I just can't seem to concentrate hard enough and as Ta Kwon Do was developed by the Korean military the more spiritual part of martial arts is not encouraged. can anybody help me, if so please message me!

I'm not clear what meditation actually is, so I think the answer is probably 'no'.
I might go and ask Mr Google about it sometime.

I don't set any time aside for meditation, but i find myself increasingly composing different sparring situations in my head. This usually happens when i'm walking/running/anything which doesn't use my brain too much.
At it's worst I found myself thinking of reaction movements in combos on my way to an exam. I usually can't wait to get back to the gym to try out what i've come up with, which probably drives my training a little harder.

At my shorinji kempo class, we meditate(zazen) at the end of our class. I also started to accustomed myself of meditating on my personal training.

I used to meditate....i cant do it now because of a temporaty job i have but will eventually get back into meditation in about 4 months from now. It's something that grows as part of ur life if u learn to understand it and find time for it by ending the rush of everyday life

Sometimes I'll meditate after training, I'm trying to get in the habit of doing it more.

I generally don't meditate, except for at formal meditation at the end of a yoga class.
I've only meditated of my own accord once.... and in the process I recieved epiphany which has made my life much easier since. I should really do that more often, I guess.

Yeah, I do, but don't worry I wash my hands afterwards. Oh, you said meditate, yeah I do that too. :D
Seriously, yes but not just around martial arts practice. I usually do it before getting into anything that I feel will be a struggle.
I live close to some woods, when I have time I meditate there
