Well . . . I use plumdragons jow. I use the general purpose forumla . . . it's great for "external" bruising (bruising to muscle or tissue, not so great for bone bruising), and great for muscle soreness.

if you want something that's better for joints and bone bruising, you could probably use his iron palm stuff, but I haven't tried that out.

It's affordable too!

I use the plumdragons jow as well.
I damaged my back doing a double split kick was layed up for about 2 weeks I tried all the deep heat rubs etc but nothing. I thought I will give this ago. And it seem to work and now I use it all the time.

I cant say it is a miracle cure over night but it has seemed to of helped me relax the muscle and bring out the damage on my back.

I remembered a long time ago before the thought of the internet (say 20yrs) Master Yau had some which I got through my instructor and it looked and smelled the same so I guess thats cool.

What I tend to use it for now is after focus pad training I never use focus mits as in real life you must expect the pain of your strike but when my knuckles are bruised and my thumb gets damaged as i didnt hit the pad correclty it seems to bring out the bruise.

I have tried going to these chinese health shops, that spring up in the UK but it dosent seem to help as much as this stuff.

sorry for the self advertising, but ive been using dit da jows for many years and oriental herb one is the best one ive been able to get and the one i make is from sifu james McNeil (little nine heaven) ive also have used master Yau's jow and it is good
