Why do I have to log in twice?

I log in on the Home page, then when I go to my journal, create a new entry, and try to add it, I get a message saying I need to be the owner of the journal to add to it. I go back to the home page, log in again, and the next time, it works fine (after this happened the first time, I learned to Edit/Copy my text so I could just paste it in the second time rather than starting all over again). Am I missing something?

The Journal has been changed to only allow access to MAP members. Do you have cookies enabled to keep you logged in when you leave the site? That would probably sort it.

I think my "privacy" setting is medium which blocks some cookies and allows others. I could try changing that. Or just do the login again, copy, and paste routine!
