Haha ya I know its weird but I have huge holes and big dents in my tounge. THere all over too. My whole tounge looks like its been shredded in a blender. Just wondering if theres anything I can do to fill in the holes besides putty?? THanks alot.

If they can be described as cracks all over its generally a yin deficiency symptom. Usually you will get them in a particular places on the tongue and depending on the location of the cracks it will point to which organ is deficient. But you would also have to check out the colour, shape, coating and shape of the tongue to get a better diagnosis. Also the tongue is only part of the process a Chinese Doc would be looking at pulse, posture, colour of your skin and various other aspects of your general condition before he could come up with a proper diagnosis. So just a description of your tongue would not help much................that does not help much does it : )

See your doctor about it. No offense to the traditional healers, but I suggest you check there first.

Doctors and dentists don't really think much of it . Everyone is disguested by it and my mom thinks I grinded my teeth at night and missed

Its a vitimin deficiency. I had very bvad cracks etc in my tongue, they would bleed sometimes. Buy yourself a tub of pumpkin seeds and a tub of melon seeds, and munch on them periodically through the day, most of mine closed up within one tub, and now I munch them just on occassion

Yeah, I take a multivitamin every day. It's generally good for you.

Mix some yin up with some putty and spackle away. Though you'll have to keep your mouth open why the putty dries or you'll have complications.

Yummy! I love pumpkin seeds. What vitamin(s) are in pumpkin seeds?

Im not sure what it is, Im told Zinc, znd magnesium, but Im not sure on that
