Hey everyone, my friend is really interested in taking kung fu. I was wondering if any of y'all knew about any good(as in not sham) schools around the area of littleton colorado.

Lemme just say this. You can learn much about a school from watching the kids class. By this I mean the little kids class. Preferably the 5-10 group. Watching the instructor deal with the class, keeping them interested, occupied, and actually learning something will show you exactly how the class you would be taking will go.
I used to think that if they wouldn't let you try out the class first before joining then you shouldn't join. Then I found my current school and Sifu said I could watch, but not participte without joining. I joined anyway, and found a great school.
Also, if this is the first school, find one that doesn't mob you with forms right off the bat. Get one that uses low stances, lots of cardio and REALLY teaches good basics. Trophies don't mean anything, but bigger schools are big for a reason...
