This is the first time i visited this forum and it actually the largest one that i have seen covering all aspects of the different martial arts.. Anyways i see many questions about certain techniques and what they look like... Well for all of you looking for some great Wrestling and Submissions Techniques you should go check out this site. There are about 80 plus video clip techniques online and they are all free... so anyone on a budget will love it ... have fun and train hard....

http://www.bjj.org is another excellent site with alot of demonstrations on holds, locks and moves.
