JKD or Hapkido classes in NY

I live In Westchester County, NY (Yonkers, White Plains, New Rochelle, etc.) i've been searching for a JKD class located around me but i am having trouble finding one. If anyone could point me to a good JKD or Hapkido instructor i would greatly appreciate it.
(I am particularly interested in JKD)
I would also like to chekc out some Muay Thai or western boxing instructors too.

I am a 16 year old teen and i could also use some suggestions on whether JKD and Hapkido would be good for me, or whether i should try and look into another MA

New York Martial arts academy in little neck might be manageable for you if the traffic is good, it'd probably be about an hour or more drive, but thats about as far as it is from me, too. It's a great school for JKD.

Yea, I ran into the website for NYMAA but since i don't really have my own car the commute would be difficult for me to make. I'm searching for a school that nearer to me. Thanks for your reply anyway Tireces

I dont know of him at all, so I won't pass any judgments, especially since he far surpasses me in experience. But it appears what he does is JKD concepts, which is not the same as Jun Fan JKD. You really have to ask yourself which one you're after.

I don't know anybody in the immediate area, but if you are really interested in Hapkido, we are only about 25 minutes from Port Chester. We are close to the Westport train station which can be a great option at times.

Well in NYC, for JKD there is Anderson Martial Arts, and there is a Hapkido school right near Broadway Houston (check craigs list, I think they advertise on there a lot) or maybe check martialartny.com, that has a lot of links for the nyc area. That might be far from you, but those are two places I know of.
