fergie is right, according to pride rules, ricco loses. he wasn't trying to win the fight, he was just stalling. he outweighed nogueira by a significant amount, but still he just sat in nogueira's guard and did nothing. nogueira wins because he was actually trying to win the fight. he was right about americans...always thinking that being in the guard is "losing the fight." the guard is basically a neutral position.
