Anyone know any they can give details of? I don't have any at all!

This, scarf hold and gi chokes seem to be my major downfall - where I end up getting subbed from 'cause I don't really know this area too well opposed to side control, mount, the guard, etc. where I have been working techniques.

Basically make space, get your knees between you and him and spin out.

Andrew is right - and make sure you ahve bioth ahnds on the inside before you spin or you may fall into the dreaded arm triangle.

Swing your legs for added momentum when you spin - Roy Harris shows a good escape.

Make room and get his weight off your chest - either to the side or past your head.

I did see an amazing escape on Roy's video - it was one of his students in a tournament, he must have been really flexible - he brought his legs right over managed to get his hooks in and took his opponents back ... sweet !

Still I have the strength to pull it off.

Not sure if it would work for you - use the hand movements like Yoda etc say.
